Make sure you have your feet spread only as much as to get a good stance for driving the ball, since if your feet are placed far apart, your lower back will be stressed., by limiting your ability to rotate the hips, resulting in back stress. It would be better to position the feet at shoulder’s width apart, even as you get into swinging.

5. Extending your arms farther when you follow your swing, will also cause lower back stress.
